Polarimeter Technical Video: Taking a measurement with Rudolph Research’s Autopol V Plus, Digital, Bench Top Polarimeter. The proper procedures for loading a sample cell and taking a measurement. Rudolph Research Analytical has been building Polarimeters for many decades and this video features the Autopol V Plus, one of our newest and most capable instruments.
Proper procedures to ensure the sample well is clean, dry, and temperature control is properly operation. Instrument is “blanked” prior to measurement, sample loaded, and instrument is set to measure. Procedures for complying with 21CFR either automatically or manually are explained. Instrument can also be networked for storage on a remote drive.
