I wanted to let you know that the upgrade of the RI firmware has been working perfectly. ln fact, the entire unit in Building 1 has been functioning as we envisioned when we decided to upgrade our system. I also wanted to say thank you very much for all that you have done to enable us to function un-interrupted as the new system was implemented. The professionalism, product knowledge, and responsiveness of the entire team at Rudolph has been absolutely first rate and much appreciated here at Ungerer & Company
