Distillery Financing is available for the Rudolph Alcotest®-RI which offers the following features.

Compliant with TTB

The AlcoTest®-RI for Spirits comes with Rudolph’s highest accuracy density meter, the DDM 2911 PLUS which is both approved and used by the US TTB (Tax and Trade Bureau) that allows distillers to ensure for TTB label compliance. Obscured spirits are measured quickly to determine if they are in specification.

Eliminate distillations during production

The AlcoTest®-RI eliminates distillation for obscured products in blending operations and determines end point alcohol with
efficiency and speed. The user simply injects a sample into the density meter and refractometer and presses the start button. The instrument will display proof / %ABV.

Measurements on distiller’s beer for tracking and optimizing fermentation process

Optimize alcohol yield in fermentation process and add this to your bottom line with several more cases of product per batch.

For alcohol percent by volume the following accuracies apply

Accuracy better than 0.01 %ABV (0.02 proof)for unobscured samples. Meets TTB label requirements by a factor of 10. Accuracy better than 0.02 %ABV or 0.04 proof or better for obscured samples. *Note can be sample dependent based upon formulation. Repeatability better than 0.001 % and 0.003 %ABV unobscured samples and obscured samples respectively. Note repeatability can be sample dependent for obscured samples based upon formulation.

Sugar content and Brix Corrected Alcohol

Ingredients are expensive and measuring sugar content is an important parameter. For non-alcoholic beverages, a Brix measurement is routinely taken on a refractometer but standalone refractometers do not measure Brix correctly when alcohol is present. The refractometer in the Alcotest®-RI uses the density meter to correct for this effect and provides a BRIX measurement as if no alcohol was present.
