I would like to thank you and Peter Marriot for the excellent service you have provided me while ordering and the installation of the DDM2910 and the J257. The DDM2910 and the J257 are fabulous. We are in the process of validating the system against other Specific gravity instruments and we love Rudolph’s equipment. I would also like to thank you and you technical support staff, John and Shawn, for all of the support over the phone as well as in person with these instruments. No matter who I talk to in your company it always has been a very pleasurable experience.
