Rudolph Research was honored to participate in the XVI Congress of Sugar Technicians held recently in Antigua, Guatemala, from September 8th to 11th. This important event brought together national and international experts to share insights and present solutions focused on sustainability, technological innovation, and enhancing competitiveness in agribusiness.
Our official distributor Miguel Pagliara with Construtienda represented Rudolph Research and engaged directly with industry professionals throughout the congress.
Miguel showcased Octapol® from Rudolph Research, a highly effective sugar clarifying reagent designed for safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly sugar analysis. The event provided a valuable platform for sugar technicians and laboratory managers from Guatemala and the broader region to experience Octapol® firsthand.
Attendees had the opportunity to meet Miguel, learn about the advantages of Octapol®, and test the product alongside some of the best sugar clarifiers available. Technicians saw how Octapol® can replace traditional hazardous reagents with a safer, lead-free alternative.
Participation in this event strengthened Rudolph Research’s presence within the Latin American sugar industry. The Congress emphasized the importance of reliable, high quality laboratory reagents in driving competitiveness and innovation. Octapol® clearly stood out as a leader in this space.
Beyond product presentations, the Congreso fostered meaningful discussions on key challenges facing sugar laboratories including sustainability and safety as well as improved productivity. Rudolph Research, through Construtienda and Miguel, reaffirmed its commitment to supporting these vital goals.
