It’s a pleasure to reach out to you again even as we complete the last phase of our company’s purchase and installation of the Rudolph SG/RI AutoFlex R837 Systems with a Colorimeter and a Polarimeter.
Your expertise in this, and certainly your professional involvement from the very beginning has been phenomenal, just to say the least. When we invited you to perform a demonstration of the systems, all
members of our QC Team were not only impressed about your knowledge of the instrument and its usage in the flavor industry, but your patience and honesty in answering our questions and addressing our
concerns. You clearly showed a difference compared to some of our experiences with some other companies in the past, and hence, our decision to purchase the systems from your company.
As indicated earlier, we are getting ready to work on the last phase of the project which involves the transfer of data from the instruments to our SAP system. Again, we cannot ignore the tremendous help and support you gave to us during the installation and training phase, as well as working with our Maintenance and IT/SAP Teams to lay the necessary hardware/electronic infrastructure for us to get to this phase. The excellent training experience has helped greatly, in that, all our QC Team members were able to get acquainted with the use and routine maintenance of the instruments right away. As a supervisor, I was concerned that training might cause some delay in our operations, but to my uttermost delight, everything has gone on very smooth with little or no issues. You even went the extra mile, to help resolve our own printing problem, by coming to visit again to get it resolved. Your numerous phone call and emails responses to our requests has gone a long way to get us to this stage and on behalf of our Team here at Takasago, I want to express our sincere thanks.
