I have used numerous polarimeters and this is by far the best. We have had it for 1 1/2 years and have had zero problems,
the original lamp is still in the instrument. I recommend it over other instruments. The contract with Brenntag is a payoff, we will own it at the end, I think we have 1 1/2 years left to pay. You can get one if you go to liquid dextrose. RRA installed, trained and performed the IQ/OQ. I can’t speak of their service because we have had no problems. It is one piece of equipment that
you never worry about.
