May be used in Polarimeters not manufactured by Rudolph Research Analytical.
Three (3) rotation Quartz Control Plate Assembly consisting of one right turning quartz plate and one left turning quartz plate with a combined Optical Rotation of approximately +1ºArc at 589nm ±0.5ºArc or ±2ºZ. Each plate can be removed from the cell holder for use individually to create 3 individual rotations. Quartz Control Plates are calibrated by Rudolph Research Analytical and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. Three NIST traceable calibration certificates are included. The Quartz Plate label shows ºZ rotation at both 880nm & 589nm.
